Elena Stroppa

Elena Stroppa was born and raised in Italy until she moved to Miami 9 years ago. She has always been health conscious, which is why she choose to be a dietitian and was hired by Sodexo, where she worked for 7 years. Although she was a dietitian her passion for the field did not end there, she spent her free time gaining a new certification trough courses in an accredited shiatsu therapist school.

During her first years in the United States, she found a job as group fitness instructor, which made her passion in the field grew even more. She is now a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Weight Loss Specialist from NASM. She specializes in private training, where she tailors each session uniquely to suit each client’s personal goals, she provides safe and progressive training regimen to help her client achieve their goals. No session is the same and it is a mix based on different techniques, body weight, free weights and HIIT.

Furthermore, being a mom and having experience dealing with post-partum issues, she decided to become a Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist from Fit for Birth (NASM sponsored certification). Her goal is to help future moms to build and improve the necessary strength needed to give birth and prevent common issues that occur during pregnancy and after birth she offers safe programs that helps rebuild the confidence as mothers to start working out again by reintroducing a progressive total body training routine which focuses more on the core, improving post-partum problems like diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunctions.

Elena's class was great and did a great job differentiating for the different levels represented.

The class was great! It's pretty challenging, but in a good way. I can't think of anything to change.

I’m looking forward to taking classes again in a few weeks!  Thanks so much for all you do. Especially helpful was  the power workout where they mentioned you’re supposed to push like you’re taking a poop so I’m quite grateful for that advice!!
